I mean, you technically could, but unlike Afghanistan or Syria, Iran has extremely capable air defense systems from Russia and China; a B-52 would be a big fish in a very small barrel to them.

Any actual strike would be multirole jets like F-15s or -16s going in low and fast, like the Israelis did to Osirak back in the 80s. Or, we'd just make a distraction while they did the deed, they certainly don't have any aversions to moves like that.
