Gee...looks like Trump is lying about giving a speech yesterday at the G20

We asked the WH for video or a transcript of this speech (which didn't appear on the G20 pool feed and isn't anywhere on the G20 website) and they didn't write back

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
Just arrived at Virtual G20. Was here yesterday also (early), but some of the Fake News Media failed to report it accurately - as usual. My speech is available (they said I didn’t make a speech).

saying he made a speech when he didn't and that the speech is available when it isn't. Like always, he figures that this will go away when he creates his next false crisis.

You read his tweets and they are basically one of 2 things. He is either putting someone down so that he looks better than, or he is "correcting" people's perception of him, even if that correction is nonsense, like him saying he "arrived"
at the G-20 yesterday, completely nonsensical for a virtual meeting

The guy does not have a moment of peace. He has to constantly repair holes in his self image. It is very compulsive, in the way that people with obsessive compulsive order have counting rituals, or have to go back into the house 5 times to make sure the stove is off before they leave. Huge anxiety until the ritual is complete.

Separately to his mental problems, he is pretty much an asshole of long standing, and he knows people only tolerated him because they thought he was very rich, which is why he lied about money.

Post WH, he might luck out and find a lawyer who uses a mental health defense, which would be accurate.
But, trump would not accept that, cause he is perfect.!
Ought to be fun to watch.

videoed, especially prominent events like this where the leaders of the world are meeting and speaking. Worse, how is anyone is stupid enough to think they can lie about something as easily verified as their attendance and speaking to hundreds of the most powerful and influential leaders in the world?

Trump is a world class fool. His petty, schoolyard bully tactics might keep his cowardly GOP toadies submissive and acquiescent,

Donald Trump has taken his campaign to deny the results of the US presidential election global, telling leaders at the G20 summit he’s looking forward to going on working with them.

The gathering of leaders of major world economies is being held online this year, but could have been an occasion for Trump to bid his peers goodbye and pledge American support in the battle against Covid-19. Instead, according to audio of his comments obtained by the Observer, he said: “It’s been a great honour to work with you, and I look forward to working with you again for a long time.”

He went on to boast about the US economy and military, and repeated false claims that his government’s Operation Warp Speed was behind both the first two successful coronavirus vaccines. Warp Speed provided funding for development of the vaccine produced by Moderna, but not the Pfizer vaccine, which was developed without US government help.

It was in stark contrast to comments from other leaders, which focused on the pandemic. One source said: “His was the anomalous speech. Everyone else talked about global matters of life and death.”

I think his remarks were prerecorded and if the WH shared it that would be evident.

I am not getting your point.

You can literally Google the topic and find several articles that include the info of his speech.
