They also haven't filed a notice of appeal in the district court, which is the first step. If their goal really is to prevent Pennsylvania from certifying its election results -- which is supposed to happen tomorrow -- the clock's ticking.

This an appeal on the ruling to dismiss. Even if they win the appeal, that just means the judge must actually hear the case. That’s it. This is so over.
