One GOP candidate in PA who lost, suing to throw out millions of mail-in votes previously encouraged his supporters to vote by mail and absentee if they didn't feel comfortable going out in public and praised the state's mail-in voting system.

Constitutional elections are the core of our democratic republic, which is why it's so important that our elections follow the letter of Pennsylvania's Constitution. I am asking the Court to ensure that happens in 2020 & beyond.

Are PA Republicans claiming all elections prior to electronic voting were unconstitutional, or they claiming voting by mail used to be constitutional but isn't any longer? Seems more than a little irrational.
