Serious question for DU lawyers.

Putting Rudy aside for the moment...

All these lawsuits have been filed by lawyers -- people who graduated from law school and passed their bars, and who probably want to have a long career in law. Yet the lawsuits keep getting tossed out, in some cases with prejudice. And some of the lawyers have been reamed out by the judges.

So my question is, what would possess these lawyers to go through with the lawsuits? Are they so hungry for work that they would take anything that comes along? Do they really believe the judges are that stupid? Are they under pressure to file away regardless of the outcome?

I'm really curious about this, and about who these lawyers are.

So, they get rebuffed by judge after judge. The issue is that the Trump campaign has no evidence to offer. They have only hearsay, conjecture, conspiracy theories, and outright lies. The lawyers know they don't have a chance, but they're collecting their hourly rates and duly going into court for their client.

Malpractice? Certainly. Probably some of them even informed the Trump people that what they had to offer wasn't sufficient to get the results they wanted, but they were told to go ahead and present the "case."

So, they'll collect their fees, Trump will go away, and they'll call it good.

If you're paying a lawyer to do something for you, they'll do what they can to collect their fees. If they lose, they lose. That's no skin off their noses, really.

Of course, if you have a senile old clown representing you, like Rudy Giuliani, all bets are off.

Friday one of our attorneys said that they are doing it for the money and dropping out because they are afraid they will not get paid- that everyone knows it’s BS

and they are definitely doing it for the money. Many lawyers would never file frivilous lawsuits but there are plenty that do because of the money.

No major firms are involved in these cases and no top rated attorney will touch these cases
