Vladimir Putin isn't ready to recognize Joe Biden as the next president, says relations between Mosc

Vladimir Putin isn’t ready to recognize Joe Biden as the next president, says relations between Moscow and Washington are ‘already ruined’

‘We will work with anyone who has the confidence of the American people. But that confidence can only be given to a candidate whose victory has been recognized by the opposing party, or after the results are confirmed in a legitimate, legal way.’
That’s Russian President Vladimir Putin explaining to Russian state TV in an interview on Sunday why he’s not ready to acknowledge Joe Biden as the next president of the United States.

Putin, one of the few remaining global leaders not recognizing Biden as the winner of the election, was quoted by Bloomberg as basically saying he doesn’t believe it matters what he says at this point because relations between the U.S. and Moscow are “already ruined.”

Meanwhile, Trump still won’t concede and continues to push legal action to overturn the results even as some of his most loyal backers, such as former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, urge him to accept the outcome and put the country first.

He knows what's in store for him.

He gambled big and lost.

I'm wondering who among Trump's minions "knows too much"?

Is that why Rudy was sweating blood?

He has been rushing legislation through to give him lifetime immunity.

There was even an announcement that he was returing in January, due to Parkinsons.

out. The public may never hear about it, but it will definitely be found out by the fbi, cia, nsa, etc.

Right off the rails.

I think Putin got more than his money's worth from Trump, but I think the idiot-in-chief has outlived his usefulness for the Russian. Vlad wanted our country in total disarray, our democracy fractured, and our standing in the world undermined. I think Trump exceeded Putin's initial expectations and now Biden is left to put all the pieces back together, which in Putin's mind probably makes him a weakened president.

As for Trump losing, I don't think Putin is too upset. His lapdog was getting out of control and could have been a real threat to the entire planet. Putin wanted chaos and disruption, but not total annihilation. Meanwhile, apparently he has a whole lot of republican politicians beholden to him. So the mischief and discord can continue, but minus the dangerous instability of a seriously disturbed president.

No, I think Putin is just fine with how things turned out and is probably plotting his next manipulative venture here or elsewhere throughout the world.

I just hope there are investigations into those republican politicians so we can weed out the rest of the Russian enablers.

I also think trump is scared to death about what Putin might do to him to keep his mouth shut!

We're not talking minor crap here, we're talking about working with a foreign adversary to undermine our democracy, our elections, and our government. This isn't some little campaign finance snafu or a suspicious stock trade. This is huge and must be addressed. Plus these people knew when they did it that it was treason. They weren't all unwitting idiot accomplices.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump is scared of Putin and he should be. If you play around with Putin, you can expect to be looking over your shoulder for the rest of your miserable life. And right now Trump is of no use to Putin anymore, a dangerous place to be.
