Help me out here.

I went out of house for a few minutes to get some air and when I came back my husband says he just saw on TV (either MSNBC or CNN) two people who said that Trump's plan was to get this election to SCOTUS and have them over turn the election. I knew that, but he said the talking heads people said there was a fair chance it would work! Can someone who was tuned into those networks between 2 and 3 ET tell me what actually happened? I know one of GOP state board in Michigan is trying to stall and not certify. Is this a real thing or should I cut off my hubby's TV privileges'?

I was so looking forward to certs in PA and MI tomorrow. Sigh.

his problem is, he has no proof - none at all - so he cannot even get the lower courts to give him the time of day....this isn't 2000, when the difference was literally a few hundred votes - Trump fucking LOST, and he is a LOSER

there’s less than a 5% chance the Supreme Court would rule in favor of Trump. Probably less than that in reality. There’s a good chance they won’t even hear the case.

Large amounts of votes to be thrown out during the Wisconsin recount - of course that was refused but has become the basis of another lawsuit. Guiliani told Fox News last week that he didn’t mind the losses because he wanted it to go to the Supreme Court.

They don't just vote. They have to have an issue to grapple with. Even the right wingers on it would feel too stupid finding an issue where there is no evidence.

They’re appealing their brutal loss yesterday where the judge laid his reasoning out really clearly as to why he shot it down.

Don’t think it has a chance in hell.
