So it isn't a matter of refusing to certify, it's an issue of some minor problems, so the certification will go forward, it just may take a couple of more days.

9. I really don't see one other than peaceful protest

But, no matter our intent, it will become violent, probably due to the other side provoking it. Once that happens, civil war is on the table.
