The Trump campaign had hoped that the Supreme Court would hear the case prior to Pennsylvanias certification of the 2020 election.
But on Monday, the courts regular order list for its November 20 conference did not include any action on the case.
The court could take action at its December 4 conference, which is after Pennsylvanias November 23 deadline for counties to certify the election.

#SCOTUS releases regular Order List from November 20 Conference; no new grants; no action on Pennsylvania late-arriving mail-in ballots case or New York COVID cases:
Of course they were not going to touch this! Poisonous.

think it was, so there was nothing for them to consider

(7,754 posts)5. I think you're right. Do they add cases to the docket that have not even been appealed to them?

(19,066 posts)6. Thomas, Alito, and Coney-Barret are the only 3 true believers
Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are both independent, totally wrong on most issues, but there is little chance they'd throw away our Democracy. Even Alito might side against Trump on these cases.
Thomas and Coney-Barret are both corrupt completely.

But Trump has no standing until PA certifies. Only once PA has acted against him can he complain, legitimately, about how PA acted. PA hasnt awarded its electoral votes yet.
