Lawsuit to throw out Mail Ballots in PA.

ALL 2M of them because Governor's expansion was illegal.

Think any judge is going to disenfranchise millions of voters who voted in good faith? Why didn't you Republicans challenge the Governor at the TIME in the Spring? Guess they didn't expect so many Democrats to vote by mail?

Desperation.

The statute that expanded absentee voting (beyond the letter of the PA constitution) by making it essentially no-excuse absentee voting, rather than a limited option available for absences or inability to reach the polls on election day.

Rudy and Donnie did not get the memo that it is the states that run their elections how they see fit to make sure everyone gets the right to cast their ballots.

Isn't it obvious that the ONLY method Republicans approve of is Election Day in-person voting? Not Early voting by mail, early voting in person, or Absentee in-person voting if one is going to be out of the country(like we were in 2018).

"Because this Court has no authority to take away the right to vote of even a single person, let alone millions of citizens, it cannot grant [the Trump campaign's] requested relief," the opinion stated."

WTF is any different here?

Assholes.
