One of the least appealing things about Trump - and it's a long list - is his complete willingness to always let others take the fall for him. He picks people who aren't really qualified and throws them under the bus.

It's one of the ugliest things about a very ugly person.

Just more obstructionism and total disregard for the rules and norms of our government. Emily is probably scared too so she sends a deputy. They just said it will only make Democrats mad, which is probably a main reason why.
