The repub members are refusing to certify at this moment. Meeting is not over yet, but that's where it stands.

Chris Thomas said that the Michigan board of canvasser is mandated to certify election results. There's NO option to say no. Once they have the results must when certify them. Not entitled to a pre-certification audit. Cannot sit on results for 40 days
