As the vaccines start to roll out, he will start to thwart the effort.

he will try to limit access in blue states and blame the governors

he will seek revenge against the drug companies because he believes they withheld the vaccines until after the election. he will cast doubt on the effectiveness. he will thrwart efforts to roll it out quickly. he will promote conspiracy theories about the vaccinations. He will talk about side effects. He will not simply go on tv and clearly tell the american people that we should all take it.
