Alright. What's the difference?
If you walk into an establishment bare chested, they may throw you out. There may not be an actual law against being bare chested, but if the people running Walmart don't want you in their store, they can trespass you for this, and they are not violating your rights.
If you walk into an establishment, and start calling every customer in there a fucking asshole under your breath, but loud enough to be heard, the establish will have you removed. This is not violating free speech rights.
Why is not wearing a mask any different? Even though a business offers their space to the general public, that does not mean you can ignore the rules of the business. The business is not discriminating if their rules are applied to everyone.
Am I right on this? If so, what the hell is the argument made by people who refuse to refuse to wear a mask in a place of business? And would I, as a business owner, need to spend 6 hours explaining to some jerkoff why he can't be in my store without a mask?
