BREAKING: Trump campaign files 3rd Circuit brief.

They argue: "The Campaign is not seeking to disenfranchise 6.8 million Pennsylvanians. Rather, the Campaign only seeks to aside the defective mail ballots among 1.5 million cast" in Democratic counties.

Third, the Court also misconstrued the remedy sought. The Campaign is not seeking to disenfranchise 6.8 million Pennsylvanians. . . .

The Campaign’s sought remedy is to examine a sample of the mail ballots to determine the defective percentage and engage an expert to calculate the overall defective number among the 1.5 million. The defective ballots should be deducted from Biden’s votes, which may change the result of the election.

First - you don't blame the lower court for your mistake. (You also don't tell them you are going to amend - you ask for permission if you've already amended once.)
Second - Really? You want to allocate ALL defective ballots to Biden? I guess you think republicans are perfect??

Our courts were just moving to that in 2017, right when I retired.

for not completing a project on time. I replied without hesitation: “my girlfriend wouldn’t let me out of bed.” He was laughing so hard he gave me my C instead of an F and let me go upon my way. FYI in those days every grade was a C. “A is for God, B is for me, C is for you”

I had a professor like that in a grad-level class. No one ever got an A, because that was reserved for God.

He explained that his students were being trained to be lawyers and that they would have to be on time in meetings with clients and more importantly would have to comply with court or agency deadlines. So they needed to start learning to be on time even while in school. His students hated it, but it was a good reminder.
