After fighting to delay it, the presidents legal team now says, Certification by state officials is simply a procedural step. Legal adviser Jenna Ellis adds, We are going to continue combatting election fraud around the country as we fight to count all the legal votes.

-- Officially appointing the slate of electors.
-- Those electors voting.
-- Congress receiving the report of those votes.
-- The inauguration on January 20th.
Fact is, everything after people have finished voting is supposed to be merely a "procedural step,' all the way to the point where the newly-elected president begins their term of office.

Another procedural step I'd like to see is a judge sanctioning Trump's attorneys for frivolous litigation.
