She didn't testify today--I think it was to be under oath--and I'm sure she would have been asked
if donnie made her stall (which I think he did). Lying would have made her a criminal, and donnie
knew she would cave. So now she won't be testifying. And donnie won't be in trouble for the holdup
of funds and information.
Just an idea--

Didn't the House require a meeting with her office today? I believe she was sending a deputy or stand-in instead of appearing in person.

She kinda reminds me of Trashcan Man from Stephen King's, "The Stand". Randall Flagg didn't even know he existed but Trashcan kept chanting, "My life for you."

It's not in Trump's makeup to instruct someone to to the right thing, for the sake of doing the right thing.
