Is *THIS* what triggered GSA Emily Murphy to release transition funds??

Over 100 CEOs threaten to cut off funds to Georgia GOP if Trump keeps blocking transition: report
Top Republican donors threaten to withhold donations to Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue if Trump doesn't concede
https://www.salon.com/2020/11/23/over-100-ceos-threaten-to-cut-off-funds-to-georgia-gop-if-trump-keeps-blocking-transition-report/

More than 100 business leaders who plan to ask the Trump administration to immediately allow the presidential transition to begin have also discussed cutting off donations to Senate Republicans facing runoff elections to force the party's hand.

The executives plan to send a letter on Monday demanding that Emily Murphy, the head of the General Services Administration, stop blocking President-elect Joe Biden's transition team's work, according to The New York Times.

...

Some of the executives have "also discussed withholding campaign donations from the two Republican Senate candidates in Georgia unless party leaders agree to push for a presidential transition," according to the report.

At least one executive said on a Friday call that some wealthy donors had already been considering withholding support to Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., and Sen. David Perdue, R-Ga.

The GOP is drunk on the money donated to their campaigns and when they saw this funding dry up, they finally got the message. It truly is all about money and these repugs politicians are no different than their fearless leader dRumpf. Grifters and transactionally based governance is what they are all about.

America is being ravaged by a deadly pandemic with enormous social and economic
consequences. The attention andenergy of public and private sector leaders should be entirely
focused on unitingour country to fight the coronavirus, provide aid to those in need, prevent
further business disruption andloss of jobs, andinvest in our economic recovery and
revitalization.
Every day that an orderly presidential transition process is delayed, our democracy grows
weaker in the eyes of our own citizens and the nation’sstature on the global stage is
diminished. Our national interestand respect for the integrity of our democratic process
requiresthat the administrator of the federal General ServicesAdministration immediately
ascertain that Joseph R. Biden andKamalaD.Harrisare the president-elect andvice presidentelect so that a proper transition can begin. Withholding resources and vital information from an
incoming administration puts the public and economic health and security of America at risk.
As business andcivic leaderswho reflect the political diversity of the country, we urge respect
for the democratic processand unifiedsupport for our duly elected leadership. There is not a
momentto waste in the battle against the pandemicand for the recovery andhealing of our
nation to begin.

As long as it didn't go on too long, I'd consider trading a late start to the new administration in exchange for a blue Senate.
