(Harrisburg) Most Pennsylvania counties certified election results Monday, despite complications from the tsunami of litigation thats overtaken courts across the commonwealth.
Three counties Berks, Carbon and Schuylkill expect to wrap up today or tomorrow.
WITF was unable to confirm certification status for seven of the states 67 counties Monday night.

(3,282 posts)Even if the court struck down the law, it wouldn't do so retroactively. I would say the law couldn't be applied to future elections.
That said, very unlikely they overturn the law. If this was a real possibility, someone would have brought that case when it was passed.
