When Biden takes office, he's going to fire every single Trump appointee or civil servant, it's going to be glorious. No one who ever expressed loyalty to trump will be left. March them all out.
Without getting so much as one law to sign, the good Biden can do cannot be measured. Stocking the departments of the federal government with honest, smart, and hard working people will do more than most legislation will do to repair this country.

(16,389 posts)I would love to hear what those remedies are. Please fill us in!
Many of the newly appointed have perjured themselves during their confirmation hearings so that could be an ouster for those, and then there could be a simple requirement of a certification process for others who are clearly unqualified to be where they are.
Some ideas on that...

If he really thinks that there's going to be a wholesale prosecution of judges based on their senate testimonies... he's nuts.
Does he really think that Kavanaugh can be prosecuted for perjury over claiming that something was a drinking game? Me not believing something is miles away from being able to prosecute and convict in court that it was perjury. Before a unanimous jury? Without a court tossing it? Or that just because the ABA rated someone as "unqualified" that means that they certainly lied in their hearings?
And then calling something "impeachable" as though suddenly 67 senators will agree with that?
Entertaining... but not informative.
On edit - Finished the second video. He appears to badly misunderstand both sides of the "super precedent" conversation, but it doesn't matter for our purposes on this thread... because the whole thing boils down to a justification for adding judicial seats to rebalance ("pack"... "unpack"... whatever) the courts. The video must predate the election, because that strategy relied on picking up far more seats in the Senate and holding a larger majority in the House.
In short - it's no longer an option. We don't have the votes (even if we win both GA seats).

(1,326 posts)that Biden is a very, very reasonable man. If there was an appropriately skilled appointee in trump's admin, I think he would consider letting him keep his job. But there is not. I doubt there is one single person on the job there that is not either grossly unqualified, or has criminal charges against him. So yeah, it will be great! Mostly I want that whole stupid family, including Melanoma, OUT of our house. It will indeed have to be fumigated.

She's #1 on my list of evil people to be purged. Just a total lowlife. Soulless and cruel.
