Detroit election lawsuit moot, Michigan Supreme Court says

The Michigan Supreme Court denied a motion Monday seeking to stop the certification of Wayne County’s election results to audit the election.

Plaintiffs Cheryl Costantino and Edward McCall filed the lawsuit seeking to discredit Detroit’s election results with accusations of fraud.
