He is crazy as hell. He walked out mumbled something about good news about vaccine. Then something about it had never been done before (guess he meant the speed of vaccine). Then mumbled about today’s stock market numbers that happened in the Trump administration. Then he just walked off the stage. Shortest briefing ever. He was flipping the hell out because the media was attributing the bump in part due to transition news. People on Twitter are like what the hell was that?
