Another GOP lawsuit just crashed and burned on takeoff.

Minnesota’s state canvassing board unanimously certified the state's election results Tuesday, an ordinarily routine task that drew closer attention due to President Donald Trump's efforts to delay it in key states....

Shortly before the meeting, the Minnesota Supreme Court rejected a petition by a handful of Republican lawmakers and candidates and several voters who sought a temporary restraining order to delay the canvassing board’s vote, alleging a variety of problems with the election.

The order by Chief Justice Lorie Gildea said the plaintiffs provided no evidence that they had properly served it on all parties.

Once again, these nitwits couldn't even follow the correct procedures.

Throw out every CA county. There must be massive fraud. I think they are still counting and haven't certified.

in California, about half mail-in, the rest provisional and conditional registration. And if all of those people voted for Trump - it wouldn't make a dent in Biden's 5 million plus vote lead!

I'd like to see what "reasoning" Rudy and his ilk would use on the West Coast states - throw out all the mail ballots? throw out all the ballots from Los Angeles and the Bay Area counties? Get Washington state and Washington, DC confused?

(CA actually seems to be processing ballots more quickly this time. 200,000 sounds like a lot, but Los Angeles county alone has more voters than more than half the states.)

The stupidity of their "plan" is so obvious and so futile. CA has many voters of color whose votes will never be challenged because the state is overwhelmingly more progressive. So voters of color in progressive states have full voting rights, but the Dumpster wants to invalidate voters of color only in selected states where it is a personal advantage to himself. The very thought of this is un-American.

And also there is very little talk in the press of how the Dumpster vote throw-away of mail ballots would disenfranchise our military voters stationed overseas. The courts should slam the door shut on the Dumpster and Rudy.

Yes, Washington (WA) and Washington, DC (DC) are very confusing. So maybe Rudy should just use his team's analysis of Minnesota (MN) for ALL of his poorly written complaints.

Every citizen's valid vote should count. End of story.

They know exactly what they're doing. Sprinkling fake illegitimacy throughout the land. Straight from the Trump birtherism playbook.
