4 hour wait in line for drive thu Covid-19 test

1. Last Saturday, around here, was the last day I could easily find a test

There were 4 slots when I signed up - none when my daughter tried the next morning. We have not seen new slots since then. (And I've expanded my search beyond my go-to standard place.)

I shouldn’t complain I guess I’m retired but these people who work...

Thing is, you could not tell from the line out on the road into the campus how looong the line was.

3. I have a work option - so I have a test scheduled there for tomorrow.

Normally I'd just ride it out - I'm just trying to avoid the need to cancel minor surgery to remove a potetially cancerous bump on my arm. I'd prefer to have a test the morning of the 30th (the day of the surgery) - but tomorrow is the last day with appointments at work.

Since I'm within the 21 day window the Cleveland Clinic has started asking about, based on my daughter's exposure 10 days ago, and within the 14 day window if my daughter becomes positive, I'm worried they will cancel the appointment.
