so it's thought the big Manhattan kick in their behinds may combine with that to shift them that direction.

Poor things, though, their hotels are almost entirely in blue cities, where their brand is golden showers, not glam. They only have more coming in than going out in two, both in Manhattan, but those income streams, previously dwindling, are about to drop significantly. And golf course investments are "aging out," far more closing than opening.
