William Pelham Barr, age 70. Last seen fucking with American norms and ideals. May be dangerous if cornered. Approach with caution.

And reassigned a police lieutenant, 4-5 days ago working on making sure 5 more federal prisoners on death row are killed before Joe gets in.

I am sure he is up to much more unsavory things but thats all I could find.
