For heaven's sake, *nobody* wants an unfair election

I want to know if people are voting illegally; this is not some kind of Republican crusade. Our democracy depends on one person, one vote.

We have patiently, maybe too patiently, given them every opportunity to show us where the illegality exists in our voting process, and they have found nothing. We've objected, but we've made no serious effort to stop their "investigations," and their allegations have been, properly, presented to the courts of our land. They have found nothing.

On one hand, it's a beautiful thing that our democracy has a mechanism to deal with this kind of craziness, to permit a loser to try by all legal means to find more votes. On the other, they have come up with absolutely nothing.

I'm proud of us.

To work for decades to Gerrymander districts, throw people off the voter rolls, close polling spots and drop-off locations, refuse to adopt modern vote-by-mail systems, and incessantly bad-mouth absentee voting, only to turn around and attempt to overturn a clear victory for Biden.

They're beneath contempt.
