Why can't Blue state governments do what Google did to rein in Telecom monopolies?

They were building out a fiber network to power their own internet that would have sent those fuckers to the dustbin of history.

Then Google (along with NetFlakes, and a few others) cut a deal with the crooks and left all the people holding a bag of d13ks.

People should come together and just make a free fiber optic net and force their hand. I bet even a crowdsourced internet would bring those crooks to the table or they will try everything in their power to stop it.


COMCAST, TimeWarner, VERIZON, ATT and SPECTRUM are all scum.
