It's a competitor to Captain Morgan.
He's lampooning the crazy lawsuits from the RNC lawyer who claimed her suits would "release the kraken".
The kraken is a sea monster from Norse mythology that was popularized by appearing, inexplicably, in a movie about Greek mythology.

I prefer the early one even though special fx are cheesy by today's standards.
But, Harry Hamlin is the lead, along with Burgess Meredith, Lawrence Olivier, Maggie Smith, and others are major players. (Olivier plays Zeus)
It's fairly true to the original myth.
The second one is more involved and the action scenes bigger & more spectacular.
But, Clash of The Titans is the first one.

Days before her unceremonious Sunday evening defenestration from Donald Trump’s “elite strike force” legal team, attorney Sidney Powell vowed to “release the Kraken” by filing a massive lawsuit alleging that news organizations, social media companies, and other “Silicon Valley” people had somehow conspired to perpetrate a massive amount of fraud during the election.

on election fraud, she was already off the rails, but recently that train has been running over cornfields. Arizona was one of the states that Powell said that she would release the Kraken on.

I believe a Kraken is an enormously large octopus, one was rumored to have attacked a Herman Melville era ship.

I can't tell you the number of times people did incorrect mass balance calculations because they forgot is a volume to volume ratio.
94 proof is not 47% alcohol by weight. It's 47% by volume of around 46.25% by weight.
When the calculations were based on 190 proof ethanol, it made a difference.
Sorry. Just triggered a "when I was working" memory.
