Not that Republicans would notice. The local food bank was on the front page of my paper today. Folks working for the pantry noted how much more busy they are this Thanksgiving. It's been a busy year for them because of the Pandemic. They haven't had to turn anyone away even though there's more demand and few volunteers to help them distribute food. One thing the article did say was federal money was one of the primary reasons they were able to meet demand. They are worried that once that runs out and Congress balks at any more aid they won't be able to meet demand if the Pandemic impacts stretch well into next year.
