This place is obviously under heavy guard by Secret Service, I am certain entrances and exits are watched carefully and most likely manned. How did somebody manage to get this placard in place sufficiently before the motorcade got there, and get out without being seen?

39. That won't happen today (Saturday). When he left the golf course on Friday, he

took a helicopter directly from his course in Sterling, Virginia, to Camp David in Maryland. He'll be commuting back and forth by helicopter this weekend.
