Jenna Ellis is either incompetent or a liar.

The Third Circuit, and Trump appointee Judge Bibas, are not “activist judicial machinery.” And the Supreme Court will not take a case affirming the denial of leave to amend a frivolous complaint.

The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud.

An "activist" judge is a judge that rules against a republican. for any reason.
