After the pulmonary embolism, it took him 6 months to get better.

(156,312 posts)1. I'd heard about blood clots w/covid 19...but not a pulmonary embolism.
Those are no joke. They can be fatal.
The emboli can break and travel anywhere in the body. The brain and heart are esp. vulnerable.

In and out of hospital since February.
Sticky blood syndrome is what the docs have been calling it.
