OK, let's look at Sidney Powell's "Kraken" Georgia complaint. First, like everyone else, I'm going to laugh at how the title, on the first page, misspells "District" in two different ways.

Next up: PDF metadata. The author of the PDF isn't Sidney Powell, it's Juli Haller. Who is Juli Haller?
Image
Juli Haller, who wrote the Powell Georgia claim, is a *current* US Government employee, working for HUD in the Trump Administration.
Image
Haller was implicated in discrimination against an Iranian-American employee when she worked at the White House in 2017. politico.com/news/2019/11/1

POLITICO was able to obtain the executive summary of the inspector general's report and several additional pages on Wednesday.

She's also a fan of Nigel Farage.
Image
Sidney Powell also made an election claim in Michigan today. Sure enough, Juli Haller is ALSO the author of that complaint.
Image
Image
The Michigan complaint was also made on "Berts-pc". No idea who Bert is, though.
Image
Both complaints are basically a re-tread of the Dominion conspiracy, various counting conspiracies and the absentee ballot conspiracy. The content should be familiar by now.
The remedies Powell is seeking are confusing. They seek to enjoin the Governors of GA and MI from "transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College". But... this isn't a thing. Results are never transmitted TO the Electoral College
Image
Image
The certified election results are sent to the Archivist of the United States, and both Kemp and Whitmer have already done that. The Electoral College doesn't *receive* results because it doesn't exist except for on 14 December when its members vote.
In both suits, Powell (and Juli Haller) ask the courts to just declare Trump the winner in Georgia and Michigan. This is not a thing that is going to happen, and even asking for it makes them look terrible.

BONUS
In the Georgia filing there's an affidavit with the affiant's identity redacted and a request to only name said affiant in camera. But....oops....they didn't clear the name from the metadata.....guy's name is Josh Merritt

Normally, anyone defending against Klayman would be a Good Guy, but when it's Judicial Watch itself, who knows?
It's possible she's the "author" of the things in the OP because she produced a basic document in her Judicial Watch years. I'm sure they would have started many BS suits in their time.

Is Julia Haller related to Peter Haller, the lawyer featured in the OAN video Trump retweeted last night? Just curious
Well, Juli Haller, aka Juli Haller Simonyi (see reply #10), probably is related to Peter Haller, aka Peter Simonyi - from 2011:
Peter Haller used to be a vice president at Goldman Sachs (GS). Before that, he worked for the SEC and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He left Goldman, where his duties apparently included working his old contacts at the securities agency on matters of interest to the bank, in 2006 to join a Washington lobbying firm. This year, he got a new job working for Rep. Darrell Issa. As a mid-level aide to the California Republican, Haller worked to pressure financial regulators to dilute proposed rules governing the use of derivatives -- rules that were of considerable interest to big securities firms like Goldman.
With me so far? Haller's career arc: government regulator --> banker --> lobbyist --> congressional staffer. Now for the twist. After leaving Goldman, the former financial exec also changed his surname, which previously had been "Simonyi," to "Haller," his mother's maiden name. ThinkProgress, a liberal blog, this week suggested the name change had made it easier for Haller to skirt ethics concerns and glide from Wall Street to a gig on Capitol Hill trying to punch holes in government regulations.
Haller says he never hid the the name change, which was fully disclosed on his previous employer's Web site. He says he changed his name to honor his mother's wishes, whose father was killed by Nazis in Hungary during World War II and who wanted to carry on the family name (Haller's sister also changed her name).
ThinkProgress doesn't dispute that explanation. Rather, it objects to the conflict of interest involved in Haller's moving from Goldman to a job with a lawmaker, who as head of the House Oversight and Government Reform committee has devoted himself to blunting financial regulation. ThinkProgress says:
So while [Haller] worked for Chairman Issa on issues directly assisting a top Goldman Sachs lobbying goal -- namely, to weaken new Dodd-Frank regulations -- the public was unaware that he previously worked in the compliance division of Goldman.

And Peter Haller is involved in Trump lawsuits:
...
Miller first wrote the statement after being approached by a volunteer attorney to the Trump campaign litigation effort, Peter Haller of Hill Strategy LLC. Miller said Haller contacted him after Miller had previously conducted a variety of independent and non-public analyses on potential voter fraud in the weeks after the 2020 election.

I would look at Peter Haller's tweets, but his account was deleted in the past week: https://twitter.com/peterghaller?lang=en
Google's cache shows a lot of retweets of the usual suspects
