Finally arrived today. Trying to contact USPS in the interim was futile.

It is not even close to being normal. Forget getting mail on Monday. Not that is matters to us, but the store ads are usually stale.

A package that normally takes three days for me just took ten. They’ve fucked up the postal service pretty good.

Talking to a Postal Clerk who told me they are re-assigning employees to different offices, different positions, meaning people are in unfamiliar jobs and don't know what they are doing. Also many quitting, if they are, say, assigned to a position 100 miles away.

Postal Carriers are back to their schedule pre DeJoy. Machinery has not been replaced as per our Carrier. Truck Maintenance is weeks behind with Carriers sharing Trucks. Over two hundred Vacancies both Route and Counter persons in Vegas.

Fringes of Chicagoland.
Depending on where it's shipped from, we're seeing arrival 3 to 12 days from shipping.
I had one package from North Carolina take 11 days, but it was "in transit" for 9! One could ride a bicycle from one place to the other in 11 days!
My wife tells me my Christmas gift was ordered a week or more before Halloween. We're over a month on that package & nothing.
I don't think it's in this region. I think it's point of origin has much to do with it.
