Some have said it's affiliated with Al-Qaeda, or ISIS.

So I'm not going to go automatically to "Blame Israel" or automatic "Blame the US," heck, it's possible it could be Russian based.

Death with a bullet to the head while being obscured by a public vehicle. Yes.

Slow Death by poisoning...or worse, survival. Yes.

Blatant attack. Nope.

Anti-Theocracy movement, disillusioned political dissidents, etc. elements in Iran with support from who knows where, yeah, I can see that.
