1. I agree.

It should have been done months ago.

I think after noon on January 20 it will get whacked.

2. Agreed.

At a bare minimum, they need to lock all of his election fraud tweets so that they cannot be retweeted or liked. (They did that with at least one tweet he made before the election - related to COVID, I think.)

3. Yes, but I would argue Facebook is immeasurably worse. All social media

should be properly accountable but Facebook needs to be broken up, and scattered to the four winds.

5. I see little political stuff on fb, surely nothing offensive.

Guess they don't have my number, just friends, family, and nature.

12. I think you are probably lucky in the friends you have. I see a lot

of political trolling here in Ireland where Sinn Fein supporters and others on the far left have long since used this tactic to shit all over opposition party Facebook pages. However it's not just political, the widespread posting of anti Vax and anti mask rubbish has contributed to this attack on truth.

6. Keith Olbermann did a whole rant about this the other week.

7. He should've

gotten his Twitter taken away long ago, but they gave the BS reason that they didn't because his tweets were "newsworthy". After January 20th, it'll be interesting to see if they finally give him the ban hammer.

8. Ate they concerned that he would

shut them down if they cancelled his account?

10. While he's President, they won't suspend his account.

Maybe a total of 2% of Americans are actually on Twitter. FoxNews , Rush Limbaugh and OANN do far more damage.

11. Agree...

... I like social media and support free speech. But I agree... Twitter's response is to pit a Warning label on his Tweets, but they are still there and the warnings are not working. FB and Twitter can, and do, remove posts and entire accounts. The Donald should be completely removed. It's past time...

13. Their excuse was that he's the President

That excuse won't fly in January.
