Southern District of New York (Manhattan Federal Court) prosecutors charged her with six federal crimes, including enticement of minors, sex trafficking, and perjury.

My guess is that Trump goes nuts with the pardons. And she has the money (and maybe some knowledge) to make it both profitable and prudent for Trump to grant the pardon.

Pardons apply on to federal crimes. She's being charged in NY and NJ on state-level felonies.

Personally, I doubt she'll make it to trial. As with Epstein, she knows too much.
