Unfortunately, waffle houses are more relatable.

21. I like a good vegan burger

and I eat meat - even beef hamburgers! My biggest issue with the Impossible Burger and others like it is that it's driving good house-made veggie burgers off the menu. My rule of thumb before Covid restrictions was if a veggie burger was made in house it was worth ordering; if it wasn't, stick to the beef versions.

(BTW, I think bacon goes fine with bean burgers!)
