I'm W.A.G.ing it here but I do think their goal to to diminish the public's trust in our electoral system, thereby allowing the GOP to sneak in even more radical restrictions on voting rights. I'm 100% cynical on anything the GOP is involved in.

An extension of Wilson's saying would be: Everything the GOP touches dies......
