Is it just me or is HHS’ Dr./Adm. Brett Giroir very impressive and knowledgeable on testing, COVID countermeasures and vaccine coordination, especially given the dismal quality of Donnie’s other appointees ?.

but I’m glad he has. There’s an earnestness and concern he emanates that makes me trust him, and I always listen when he speaks.

and should know what's happening. TBH, all the USPHS members seem to be smart and dedicated. IIRC, Adams is an anesthesiologist. Giroir is a pediatrician by medical specialty.
