They're planning to take this Pennsylvania LOSS to SCOTUS, even though it's not a Federal issue.

That's what all these court challenges are all about - getting something, anything, upstairs to Trump's personal justices. Only they don't owe him anything.

Trump loyalty is a one way street.

More than likely, they will refuse to hear it. There was nothing improper done in the lower courts. There is nothing to rule 'on'.

...when people yesterday were posting Learned Legal Opinions on how it couldn’t be appealed to federal courts.

Reality check: ANYTHING can be appealed to the SCOTUS, if the Justices there are willing to grant cert. They really are the law unto themselves.
