(15,081 posts)They're planning to take this Pennsylvania LOSS to SCOTUS, even though it's not a Federal issue.
That's what all these court challenges are all about - getting something, anything, upstairs to Trump's personal justices. Only they don't owe him anything.
Trump loyalty is a one way street.

(26,044 posts)...when people yesterday were posting Learned Legal Opinions on how it couldnt be appealed to federal courts.
Reality check: ANYTHING can be appealed to the SCOTUS, if the Justices there are willing to grant cert. They really are the law unto themselves.
