That thing was nothing 4 guys with a pickup & a lawn mower trailer couldn't place, and remove.
Even if the weight caused them to use a technique like the Egyptians did with the obelisks.
Still 4 guys & some rope.

No guarantee that whoever came and got it was involved with it being there.

I still say it’s art and/or a party spot for a Silicon Valley or hedge fund type.

7. I read it may have been from the movie Westworld, which filmed in the area.

Apparently internet sleuths went back through Google Maps (or maybe Google Earth?) images & narrowed down it's appearance to a 1 year span of time, & Westworld filmed in that area during that time.

I don't know if it appeared in the movie though.
