I just heard on my local news Dane County finished certification this morning. Final state certification scheduled for Tuesday.

Biden still won!

Recount wrapped up this morning with Milwaukee County re-certifying with post recount totals yesterday and Dane County re-certifying with post recount totals today, so they do the final state certification post recount tomorrow.
