I'm not a lawyer, but that sounds like an incitement to commit a crime. And if he crossed state lines somehow (which of course he did, online), the FBI "should" get involved.

These people don't just disagree with us, they want us dead. We dodged a bullet this time, but we have to be extremely vigilant because there is no guarantee that they won't be back and even more rageful and murderous than what we are seeing now.
