Trump's feud with Brian Kemp says it all about the president's voter fraud claims
President Trump did something this weekend that would have been unimaginable two years ago: He attacked Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) as being soft on voter fraud.
Yes, that Brian Kemp.
If there is a moment that speaks to the Trump campaigns far-flung and unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud and irregularities, it might be Trumps burgeoning rift with Georgias governor. Kemp, after all, had been a contender for Public Enemy No. 1 for Democrats in recent years when it comes to allegedly overambitious efforts to tackle fraud. They have frequently accused him of thinly veiled attempts to suppress the votes of minorities, in particular. All of that came to a head in 2018 when he narrowly won his gubernatorial election after purging more than a million voters from Georgias rolls as secretary of state.
To Trump, though, Kemp is apparently something amounting to a RINO Republican in Name Only.

And to the rest of us Trump is a big cry baby.
