General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsTonight while going to my home I was listening to Dean Obeidallah
on Sirus XM , and peaked my curiosity...............
And he was talking about a US Attorney. Awhile back Bill Barr appointed one special prosecutor to investigate Joe Biden and anyone that was associated with Obama, does anyone recall that, it was about the Russia thingy.........
Well to make this long story short Obeidellah made the point that on day one Joe Biden needs to fire the "guy" that Barr hired to investigate Biden awahile back on day one, because remember that Trump said everyone including Biden , Obama should be locked up and he (trump) asked Barr to appoint this special prosecutor to find anything that could hurt Biden, well he has not gone away and if he is still in that position, well guess what he can investigate a sitting president to be in the near future its right here................does anyone remember what happened in the Clinton item, when that political hack job was being formatted ............... well Barr in his last act of being a federalist society POS he is going to make Biden's term hell.............Durham needs to be fired on day one, end of story.......

2. Unbelievably broad language for Flynn pardon revealed (related to 1?)
3. Barr admits there's no evidence of fraud that could change election results

That's illegal because Durham is a government employee and the regulations for appointing a Special Counsel make clear that SC must be from outside the government. See specific language of 28 CFR 600.3 and confirming language of 600.1 and .2.

(58,713 posts)he was a standard US Attorney assigned an investigation of the initial reasons for the Russia investigation into the Trump Campaign.
Because the Russia investigation was legit, and because the FISA warrants that led to it were valid, Durham found nothing. That was announced a couple of months ago, before the election, which pissed The Donald off, but .

If the Senate wants to get involved, file Court appeals until 2075.
Isn't that the way things are done now?
