When the pardons start flying around, Which senate RETHUGS will get one? (If any)

I'm thinking Graham, and Moscow mitch for sure. (if they accepts the pardon) Any consequences if they, or any senator accepts the pardon? Any other ones going to be pardoned?

I don't believe for a second he served as an agent of Russian disinformation for free.

Graham almost certainly would like one too.

But I hope neither of them receives a pardon.
