Although that fact wasn't a fact until the pandemic and the crazy intersected.

I like that on many answers he has given detail, but often cautioned that his team was still looking at things.

and makes me grateful we are in good hands going forward. The past 4 years has been a nightmare we continue to live through for another 45 days. Can't come quickly enough.

I keep feeling that his tone and demeanor is what we needed, but didn't realize.

I did not initially want Biden to be the nominee - even after a very strong endorsement by John Kerry spelling out why Biden was the best choice we could make. There is no politician I ever trusted or respected more than Kerry, but I still had to get past a somewhat luckwarm impression of Biden. In retrospect, Biden is what we need. He is the complete opposite of Trump in so many ways.

the Press Pool, for the most part, are really asking real questions with out screaming . Love the way Joe politely answers misleading questions ,without the Reporter being called stop asking misleading questions . The Facts Are so and so.

Questions were not softballs by any means but well thought out and meaningful. Joe handled them all beautifully.

lobbed which is a real wonderful change. For the most part, the DC Press Pool tends to try a do gotcha questions with Dems . Started with Carter and went into hyper drive with Clinton. And with Obama this same Pool could not figure out the Guy because his Mental ability was and is such,he would tongue tie the question ask er.

And it was somewhat a powerful lesson that Biden's disciplined, knowledgeable, respectful tone encourages the same from the press pool. Shedding the antagonism and vitriol produces a Q&A that's actually informative, rather than gladiatorial in nature where striking the first blow is what it's all about.

Refreshing, to say the least!

with Trump basically abdicating the responsibilities of his office, Biden's doing a good job stepping into the breach.

he said, “I have my ways, but I’m not going to tell you what they are.” He continued by saying that he never reveals private conversations and everyone knows he keeps his word. I think that was powerful code-speak to senators of the opposing party.
