House passes bill to decriminalize marijuana

This marks the first time a congressional chamber has voted in favor of decriminalizing marijuana at the federal level. The legislation, however, is almost certainly doomed in the Republican-led Senate, Mitch has spoken.

1. The worst thing about Mitch is not letting popular, sensible legislation get a vote.

I assume the Bourbon industry has paid Mitch to kill the bill.

But now that you mention that does make sense, more so than the Grand Old Reptile having anything like a...moral objection to the notion, too warm blooded.

I leave you to imagine the rest — it was fairly disheartening, not to mention short-sighted.

I thought it was a great step forward, myself.

The only thing my husband had to say was that the GOP would use it to hammer the Dems, in this moment — which, surprise, surprise, is what they immediately did.

I still think this is a great step forward.

He's so calculating, cold yet smug too and clearly takes pleasure in what he does seemingly a basic emotional level. Admittedly like Trump but is more intelligent, patient and capable of real long term scheming while Trump is, as Joe Scarborough often calls him: a day trader and more a BS'er rather than cunning liar with direction, IMO.
